The Challenge

Bhartiya Group had a 160-acre integrated township serving 27+ multinationals, but the market saw them as real estate developers. They wanted to launch a new offering to become strategic partners for Fortune 500 companies establishing Global Capability Centers in India.

The Approach

Over 12 months, we built this new offering from the ground up—starting with the brand itself. We created Bhartiya Converge, developed the "Ecosystem Architect vs. Service Aggregator" positioning, designed the Converge Canvas five-phase methodology, created the Five GCC Archetypes framework, and structured four operating models with market-specific sales collateral for American, European, and Japanese audiences.
